Alec Drew has spent more than four decades working with business owners, CEOs, entrepreneurs and organisations across many sectors.
A major part of his career was spent as Managing Partner of a successful branding agency, where he worked closely with business leaders to uncover opportunities, improve communication and identify valuable revenue streams that were previously being overlooked.
One strategy helped his clients achieve €3.23 billion in additional sales over a five-year period.
Today, Alec uses that experience to mentor and coach SME owners who need practical guidance, clearer thinking and an experienced sounding board.
He has helped business owners deal with almost every kind of commercial challenge, from early-stage uncertainty to scaling, restructuring, leadership, profitability and growth.

All businesses whether small or large apart from scale are the same and can be broken into two parts. Firstly, the knowledge skills and experience they have to deliver a product or service and secondly, the business of running a business.

As a mentor I will share my knowledge, skills and experience to help you develop and grow. As a coach I will provide guidance to help you with your goals.
